* our design packages do not include bookshelf styling, but can be added on for an additional fee

* design packages are priced per room
(i.e. an open concept space with a living room, dining room and kitchen would be three different rooms and a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom would be considered two rooms, etc.)

what’s included?

we will email you a client questionnaire that will allow you to add additional details about the existing space and the new goals for your space.
once a non-refundable deposit is made we will schedule a video call
45 minute personal video call to walk through your space where we will discuss your likes, dislikes, wants, needs, lifestyle, budget, and more.
2D design mood boards of furnishings, finishes, lighting, and/or plumbing fixtures.
Once design package is revealed, you will have time to review and request any design revisions.
*Please note that all all design packages include 1 round of revisions within 10 business days of receiving the initial design package. More revisions may be purchased for an additional fee.
once the design concept is approved, you will receive an email with the full room design package, including:
- paint palette suggestions
- furniture layout
- detailed product specification list with links to purchase.
  - all furniture & accessories (i.e. sofa, coffee table, dining table & chairs, bedframe, nightstand, rug, lamps, etc.)
- detailed finishes & materials specification list with links to purchase.
  - soft & hard finish suggestions (i.e. flooring, tile, window treatments, pillows, cabinet hardware, cabinet style, trim + millwork, etc.)
  - paint + stain suggestions for interior and exterior
  - wallpaper suggestions

this service is best if you want to start fresh with a new vanity or refinishing current cabinetry
please note we cannot provide pricing for refinishing cabinetry, as we do not work directly with your contractor.

This is due to significant variations influenced by factors such as location, regional availability, tax laws, and the quantities required.
